"CHANGING LIVES THROUGH MUSIC EQUIPMENT, GUITAR & INSTRUMENT DONATION"
"CHANGING LIVES THROUGH MUSIC EQUIPMENT, GUITAR & INSTRUMENT DONATION"

Miles's story is one we took extreme pride in completing this project. Miles's parents are just amazing having collected so many items and donating them to us at one request ....that Miles could have the Jackson back once we had worked our magic on it - considering what they had done for the cause, of course it was a done deal !
We won't go in to it here, but Miles more than qualifies under our criteria and we can assure you that the guitar came in to us in a sorry state, but left us in beautiful condition with new Volume Knobs, Trem bar, fret polish and level, fretboard treatment and electrics serviced - and all in time for it to be handed back as the very next day was his Birthday ... Perfect !! - Happy Birthday Miles !

Amelia is just the most adorable young lady who absolutely thrives on Music - be that through the Alexa or on her new 3rd Ave mini strat style guitar complete with small amplifier.
Amelia is a non-verbal 9 year old girl who suffers with a rare strain of Grin - specifically Gria 2, and this presents as a range of difficulties for her, but not musically !!!!
We have seen Amelia in person dance and sing and play her guitar ... it brings her immense joy - something that is as beautiful to see as she is in her soul ... in turn this brings such happiness to her Mother and other relatives (including RaRa !) that see her musical passion in all its forms -
Keep dancing and playing that music Amelia !

Freddie, whose mum Laura approached us over a Cello we also had for offer - she wanted it to be a surprise to help Freddie with what she has told us is the qualifying criteria to be awarded an instrument.
After contact with us we decided to offer the choice of this or the cello as we knew that perhaps the cello given Freddie’s age would rapidly become to small being only 3/4. As luck would have it Laura spoke to Freddie and he decided that really wanted the guitar …… and doesn’t it look good in his arms ???
We gave him some picks, a tuner and a music stand too …. so he is ready to start his journey.

Olivia was one of the first to recieve a donation from us after her mother - the fabulously wonderful Anita reached out to us explaining how Olivia met our criteria. We have revisited Anita since as she been inspired by our cause to go and find some beautiful additional guitars off her own back through social media requests - Awesome !!
When when we went to collect these from Anita we could see the improvement Olivia had made - and the wonderful stickers she put on the guitar to make it her own !!
Anita explained that Olivia can sometimes be shy but we were so touched to hear that this guitar has made her reach out to others that play bass and is coming out of herself with the guitar by taking part in community music events and lessons also - Incredible !!!
We love you Olivia - rock on !!

Another heart warming message we recieved from …JJ and son Oliver who we see here playing with our personally donated acoustic … this is the wonderful message we received after handing him one of our own acoustics to help:
“Oliver is absolutely loving this guitar it’s stopped his nervousness and he seems focus for the first time in a while hoping it will keep going as he’s asked to start lessons now”
We mean … this is what it’s all about for sure.
Literally this was one of our own private guitars for us to play, but could not resist giving this little fella something to really bring him out of himself !

We wont go in to it to much here but Jenson was the very first person we wanted to donate to - there are a multitude of reasons, not least of all because he meets the criteria but because his Mum, who sadly took her own life at a young age, very much had the same beliefs we do in helping others and her activites with her local community epitomises what we are trying to achieve in our own mission.
Jenson now lives with his lovely nan and her partner and we felt we had to add a peronalisation to the back of his guitar from his Mum so that when he is rocking out loud as he learns, she is wathcing and hearing everything he is playing for her ..... and no ..... we make no apologies to the neighbours !!!
Play it loud "little legs" as nan would call you - we are immensly proud of who you are and you are an inspiration (as are the whole family) to all xxx
